How Verification Works

Information available for application review

Tour Operator registration collects company and representative details, contact information and submitted business or tourism documents. Administrators can inspect the submitted information and record an approval, rejection or request for corrections. The documents requested depend on the registration type.

Submitting a document is not the same as confirming its authenticity or current validity with its issuing authority. We do not claim that every listed business has undergone an independent license, identity, insurance or safety check.

What the current verification badge means

A badge reflects the profile’s verification status within the platform. Operator membership status currently also affects this badge, so the badge alone should not be relied on as evidence of independent document verification. A directory listing without a badge is not represented as verified.

Platform approval and verification do not guarantee service quality, safety, availability, legal compliance or performance. Ask the provider for current credentials and confirm the details important to your trip.

Featured and paid placement

Paid subscriptions can affect where operators and packages appear. Featured, sponsored or membership placement is a commercial benefit, not an independent recommendation or a quality ranking. Paying for placement does not itself establish license validity.

Before confirming a tour

Agree the itinerary, availability, total price, deposit, cancellation and refund terms directly with the independent Tour Operator. Sending an inquiry is not a confirmed reservation.

Traveler tour payments are arranged directly with the operator. Platform subscription, listing, event promotion and sponsorship payments are separate; they do not pay for or guarantee a traveler’s tour.
