Marketplace Role

LetsGoToEthiopia.com is a digital marketplace and communication platform operated by Naomi Investments LLC and Bridge Technologies PLC. It helps Travelers discover independent Tour Operators and their packages.

Direct Tour-Operator Arrangements

Tour-package agreements, payments, deposits, cancellation terms, refunds, rescheduling, package changes and related disputes are directly between the Traveler and the independent Tour Operator. LetsGoToEthiopia.com does not collect, receive, hold, process, safeguard, escrow, distribute or refund money paid for Tour Operator travel packages.

Tour Operator Responsibility

Each Tour Operator is solely responsible for its packages, prices, customers, payments, refunds, cancellations, licenses, permits, employees, drivers, guides, suppliers, safety obligations and legal compliance.

Traveler Responsibility

Travelers should review package details and directly confirm all payment, cancellation and refund terms with the Tour Operator before making a payment.

Agreement Documents

Traveler and Tour Operator account agreements govern marketplace participation and are presented for electronic acceptance during the applicable registration flow.
